The demo in under two minutes

A real run on a fictional CV. Next: the concept tour.

Every sentence points to its line

Answers use only the CV’s own passages, each one numbered and quoted.

Sample grid row M04, marked Supported: three drafted sentences with numbered citations, six quoted CV passages, and each requirement ticked against the paragraphs that show it.
M04 in the sample grid: six quoted passages behind three sentences.

Gaps you can fix before bidding

  • A translation degreethe CV shows a certificate
  • Attestation or transcriptsattach to the bid
  • A signed Annex Gcomplete the form
Sample grid row M02: the record does not show a translation degree; the law degree is shown by paragraph 20; two boilerplate phrases are listed as not checked.
M02: the reason, then each requirement.

How a verdict is reached

The model reads. Code applies the rules.

  • The criteria, word for word

Copied from the RFP, checked against its page.

  • A search for every part

Each part of a criterion is searched separately.

  • Shown, or a gap

A requirement counts only when a CV passage states it or the work it describes proves it.

  • Every sentence checked

bearout tests each sentence; a failure is rewritten once or removed.

What it will not do

Where a tool would guess, the grid names the gap.
